Amazing quality and super quick responses

My order came a little later than I thought due to the royal mail but when I emailed about this, snapfolio was super helpful and so quick to respond. I've ordered quite a few different bias packs from other businesses (off of etsy) and snapfolio definitly has the best quality out of all of them. 100% recommend :)

Delivery Information

UK Delivery:

Orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail from Monday to Friday. For the majority of instances, if your order is placed before 1pm, it will be dispatched on the same day or at the latest, on the following day. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Where possible I will also process orders on Saturdays.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - (3-5 business days).
Royal Mail 1st Class - (1-2 business days).

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail is currently facing staff shortages, leading to delays in specific postal areas. Kindly be patient and consider allowing an additional couple of days for delivery. If you have not received your order by then, please reach out, and I will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Free delivery on all orders over £30.00.

For orders totalling less than £30.00, the delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process and will align with Royal Mail's pricing.

    How do I use my discount code?

    To use your discount code, just enter it into the designated "Discount" box during the checkout process.

    Is creating an account necessary for making a purchase?

    No, you can easily make a purchase as a Guest using your debit/credit card or even through Apple Pay or Google Pay. However, if you wish, you're welcome to create an account with a password.
