Delivery Information

🚚 Delivery Information

Orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day. Where possible, orders may also be processed on Saturdays.

Royal Mail delivery estimates:

  • 2nd Class: 3–5 business days
  • 1st Class: 1–2 business days

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery option. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.

Please note that during busier periods, such as holidays, Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch and Royal Mail delivery times may take longer than the estimates above. These estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount code, just enter it into the designated "Discount" box during the checkout process.

Is creating an account necessary for making a purchase?

No, you can easily make a purchase as a Guest using your debit/credit card or even through Apple Pay or Google Pay. However, if you wish, you're welcome to create an account with a password.   2. Redeem Points: These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. For example, you earn 5 Bias points for every £1 spent, and 100 points equals a 10% discount on your next purchase.
  3. Ways to earn: Signup = 50 Bias Points. Place an order = 5 Bias Points for every £1 spent. Follow on Instagram = 10 Bias Points. Celebrate a birthday = 50 Bias Points.
