🚚 Delivery Information
Orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day. Where possible, orders may also be processed on Saturdays.
Royal Mail delivery estimates:
- 2nd Class: 3–5 business days
- 1st Class: 1–2 business days
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery option. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.
Please note that during busier periods, such as holidays, Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch and Royal Mail delivery times may take longer than the estimates above. These estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

🏷️ How do I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code into the “Discount code” box at checkout and select Apply. Your discount will be applied to your order before you complete your purchase.

⭐ How does the Bias Points rewards programme work?
Bias Points are our way of rewarding loyal customers. You can earn points through different activities and redeem them for discounts on future orders.
Ways to earn Bias Points:
- 🎁 Sign up: 50 points
- 🛍️ Place an order: 5 points for every £1 spent
- 📸 Follow us on Instagram: 10 points
- 🎂 Birthday: 50 points
100 Bias Points = 10% off your next order.
The more points you collect, the more you can save on future orders.

👤 Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No. You can checkout as a guest using your debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to view your order history, save your details for future purchases and access the Bias Points rewards programme.

🌍 Do you ship internationally outside of the UK?
At the moment, Snapfolio ships within the United Kingdom only. We're currently unable to offer international delivery.
