Delivery Information:
Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process and will align with Royal Mail's current pricing.
UK Delivery:
Orders are processed and dispatched via Royal Mail from Monday to Friday. For the majority of instances, if your order is placed before 1pm, it will be dispatched on the same day or at the latest, on the following day. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Where possible I will also process orders on Saturdays.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - (3-5 business days).
Royal Mail 1st Class - (1-2 business days).

Is creating an account necessary for making a purchase?
No, you can easily make a purchase as a Guest using your debit/credit card or even through Apple Pay or Google Pay. However, if you wish, you're welcome to create an account with a password. This account allows you to keep track of your order history and conveniently save your details for future purchases. Also creating an account not only gives you access to our exclusive rewards program but also enables you to enjoy equal benefits, including savings on future orders. The choice is yours!

How does the rewards programme work?
Our Rewards Program is designed to give back to our loyal customers like you. Here's how it works:
- Earn Bias Points: Every time you make a purchase, you'll earn points. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate.
- Redeem Points: These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. For example, you earn 5 Bias points for every £1 spent, and 100 points equals a 10% discount on your next purchase.
- Ways to earn: Signup = 50 Bias Points. Place an order = 5 Bias Points for every £1 spent. Follow on Instagram = 10 Bias Points. Celebrate a birthday = 50 Bias Points.
